I would like stations to test weak signal propagation and decoding
characteristics , this weekend's conditions look ideal (i.e.
propagation is expected to be poor on 20M and up).
I would suggest that stations pair off and work each other via Olivia
at first, establish the lowest workable power
I noticed 2 stations on 14100 kHz USB today at 1905-1915 UTC using
voice scramblers.
Does anyone have a decoder for them?
The scrambler type is the kind that is synchronized with some tones at
beginning and end of the transmission, and it uses SSB with filtered
changing audio frequency

I have been trying to found who started the out of the box thinking
and began using JT65A on HF. Here is what I found (courtesy of
WSJTGROUP , a Yahoogroup).
For the past three weeks I and a few other Hams have been trying JT65B
on the HF bands with some degree of success. One of the most popular
