You can use a sound card program like MTTY or MixW which lets you set
up the com port on a PC for FSK to your rig. Here is one way

I have all my digital modes working perfectly now, (thanks to a lot of
help from the folks on this reflector!) except one. The last project I
would like to do is to get my IC-746 (non-Pro) to key FSK instead of
