2016-08-22 Thread GPS di Gabriele Ponzo
Dear Members of the Foundation, Dear Board & MC Members,

I would like to continue my work inside the Membership Committee for
another term. I therefore declare my candidacy for the Membership Committee.
I've been part of LibreUmbria and LibreDifesa projects as well as of other
migrations as TDF Certified Trainer and Migration expert.

It's been an interesting and challenging experience to be part of current
MC and I'd like to continue serving our great community and Foundation.

I have choosen this way, because it seems to be impossible to put any
map on the sever of LO. We have first discussed about this in 2014
during a German community-meeting in Essen.

Then there were developed two versions of a map from two person. A
third person wanted to set this on the webspace of LO - but this
doesen't happen.

One year later, again in Essen, I tried it the second time - and
nothing happened.

For last solution I had set the map now on my own webspace. I don't
think this is a good solution. As a LO-contributors-map it must be
part of the LO webspace.

Robert

Proposal:
you tell me, when it is transferred to the final place on the LO server and
then we promote it on our blogs. ;-)
(btw: more than 12000 reader each month) ;-)

cheers

No problem. I thought there will be a solution on a server of LO. The

Yes, uMap is really a very nice

You don't have to install it.

Everyone can use it directly online on our official subdomain
*https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/
*as a service, even in different
languages.
