Hello,
This is my first post to the list. I am still new to jQuery and so far I think it is the best lib available. You
guys rock!
Anyways, I have a question regarding a form I am trying to
submit using jQuery. I was using an inline onchange event to trigger the form submit for an
Thanks Klaus and Paul,
I was getting errors on the empty submit call. It works now.

I would like to just say that I thought it would work as:
$(#myform).submit();
inside the onchange event, but it would never submit the form.
Using
$(#myform)[0].submit();
worked immediately.
Thanks again for your help!

The new Yahoo Mail Beta has that
functionality. I wonder if there will be an official release in the YUI
library. I would love to see that done with jQuery.

While looking through some of the tutorials and examples, I
noticed that this page is broken:
http://jquery.com/demo/ajax/
Even though it is fairly easy to see what is happening in
the source, it would be nice to see the page functioning properly.
Thanks,

I like it the way it is. Very cool.
My only complaint is the size of the
absolute positioned header its a little tall for widescreen laptops.
If that was inline and scrolled with the page, you could see more of the descriptions
and examples. Just a thought.

Hi,
I am not sure why, but when I upgraded from 1.0.1 to 1.0.3,
an inline click event isnt firing in IE 6 or 7. It still works fine in
FF.
I have a message form in a hidden div that is toggled open
by clicking a button. When there is an error with the form, I insert this into
the
the problem in IE without seeing the surrounding
code. I don't think anyone has had any problems with the events module
in 1.0.3 so this is probably caused by something else.

My favorite api reference site just got better! Removing the logo and
header graphics and increasing the width of the text area are huge
improvements.
Thanks Yehuda.

Yehuda,
These are great enhancements to the scrollbar plugin. Would it be
possible to have it scroll on mousedown?
Thanks,

Hi Mark,
It seems that in this very 'controlled' situation, you shouldn't have to be too
concerned with it. They aren't web based so you don't have to cater to every
situation. You set the bar for the requirements of your portal, so it's more
like software. You have to have XYZ to run it,

All you should have to do is set a var in your include statement.
{include file=header.tpl $jqueryWhatever=1}
And then in your header, use:

Then you can call each individual script on a per template basis.

Hey Rick,
I noticed the jump in IE 6. I assume that is the browser that you are
viewing the bug in. At first, I thought you were referring to the slight
jitter that occurs while both animations are occurring, which is
addressed by John's fix.
The bug is actually an IE css bug related to the
