I don't think it's too cluttered at all, but the two article CTAs for Social
Interaction Primer isn't confusing at all, just redundant, and those two
pieces or real estate should probably be completely different areas for
different purposes.
Also - under Books - which of those is not like the
visually comfortable in the term of color, but the layout may need
improvement.
1) Too much elements clutter the screen. Take the A Social
Interaction Primer for example, the big tag on the left and the
small tag on the right display same information. What's more? They
lead to the same page. So

I do wonder about the image for the article in the CTA not linking to the
article itself but to a lightbox window of the image, which isn't really any
bigger than the original image - Make the image a link to the article - get
Fitt's Law on your side - the bigger the target, the easier it will be
