I am in the process of negotiating a pay rate for a independent
contractor position with a startup as an interaction designer. I am
wondering what are the current pay rates for independent contractors
for startups in the Bay Area? I have talked to some colleagues at

Certainly, I face the multi-task project issue all the time at my
current workplace. Though per week there is usually one focus
project, overall I do find myself juggling 2-3 big projects (and

Navigation UI is worthless if the map data sucks.
Google has dumped their prior vendor for map data and as of late their
maps are often wrong to the point of being totally useless.
