Sunil, Just returned from IRWD conference and had the chance to shop various eye tracking solutions. Was totally blown away by the accuracy and logical application of SMI. I'd def take Jennifer's offer to intro you to other IxDA users as that is where you will get the rest of the story (account service, reliability, ease of start up).
