Depends on what you mean by trigger. At one point it was the case that if
project A depended on project B,
project A was expected to have an 'integration' job that got triggered by
the project B merge job successfully completing.
It was never blocking (it happened *after* project B's merge

We have cases where Netvirt depends on Genius code and a Netvirt UT would
catch any problems. Seems like I remember the infra used to be this way

That plugin was last built for Gerrit 2.11 and we're on 2.12 now (and
likely 2.13 in the future) so I'm not sure if it will work with our version
of Gerrit, I recall Andy mentioned there might be issues. There was another

Then I saved certificate manually via browser in Base-64 encoded X.509 format
and ran keytool command Anil sent. Everything worked.
