Hi Board member candidates (and fellow voter members),
Thanks to Helena, Astrid, Jody and Sanghee for adding their Manifestos [1].
Really much appreciated, and at least now we have 6 known candidates to cast
our 5 votes to!
I hope that Dirk, Venga and Jeff will take the opportunity to
Hi all,
As a charter member, one of my main duties is to vote for the new Board.
In order to achieve this responsible task in a proper way, I do need to know
the candidates personally
But I DO need to know what they stand for, what their ideas are towards OSGeo
in general, and their ideas
I'd prefer to move these discussions to a separate mailing list (such as
marketing or the webcom list).
Especially now that a long thread like "proposal for the listing of projects"
tends to move to a completely different subject (if/howto distinguish service
providers by size)
My 2 cents,
Sort of like the OSM based T-shirts:

I like the idea, but perhaps it makes things a little too complex?
A contour line map of The Netherlands as a biz card background would not be
very exciting ;-)

Hi CRO,
Being a supporter of open gorvernment, of open data in general, and election

Hi all (and especially our elections organizer)
Reading the schedule for the board elections I was wondering if there is a

By 20 September the final list of nominees (until now: 5 for 4 seats) will
