Dear all, this is a very nice initiative. But I have two remarks/questions about this call: 1. Why is this call connected to the UN, if they do not sponsor it? 2. And this is a more basic thing about OSGeo itself. The "Criteria for evaluation" states as first criteria "Proposer is an OSGeo
