The bug also affected the JLayer MP3 decoder as well, so this problem can't be discounted for softsqueeze problems. How do you know the network is OK when stuttering occurs? With wireless, there are numerous reasons why the throughput of data could be affected (well documented on this forum).

This is something that I have been after for yonks. SQLYog lets me look at the database, but its not really a report writer. I have MS Access on my PC, but I get problems when I try and link to the tables (the BLOBs cause problems). Ive played with Emissary's java tool but cant get it to run.

If you are using MusicMagic (now MusicIP) you can use a single instance of Slimserver / MusicIP but set up filters to exclude songs or sets of songs for your mixes. We also have two very different music libraries and tend not to want to cross mix, so we have a top level directory Media then two

Roku emulates an SB1 - not an SliMP3. However its internal buffering is different (smaller ?) to Slimdevices so synchronisation doesn't work well except possibly with other Roku's. When in SB1 emulation I think the Roku only supports MP3 and WAV even though in other server mode Roku can handle

I would like to be able to set different language for each device independently. For example, I would like to be able to set the SB device in the living room to use Chinese, but set the one at work to display English. I believe SS 6.5 can only do global setting. Correct me if I'm wrong on this.
