I also posted about this a while back and did a bit of digging into the
scanner logs. From memory, SC simply wasn't calling for MIP playlists
on a rescan, but I didn't go back to 7.0.1 to see what had changed.

I use Analog VU Meters as my screensaver while playing. When I press
certain buttons on the remote, e.g. Sleep, the commands appear on top
of the VU meters which are still displaying. This makes things very
difficult to read from a distance.

then you're good to go, if it's just Input: 110VAC then you'll need

95% of my library is Apple Lossless but I prefer to stream as WAV to
both my Transporter and SB3. It sounds a little better and actually
takes LESS processing power on your Mac since FLAC isn't needing to
open. Apple Lossless uses QuickTime to transcode and WAV files are an
easy transposition
