95% of my library is Apple Lossless but I prefer to stream as WAV to both my Transporter and SB3. It sounds a little better and actually takes LESS processing power on your Mac since FLAC isn't needing to open. Apple Lossless uses QuickTime to transcode and WAV files are an easy transposition
