Ok got this to the point that it sees the database which is on
\\hpserver\music which i have tried entering in both that form and as a
mapped drive. In both cases it does the same thing - it finds a single
album (Procol Harums Home which is not the first of last folder i
added!) and nothing else

I'm now running SC 7.4 SQLite builds, will this new version work from
the server if I enter the drive\path to the folder\files of the library
in the ACC settings? Any plans to support SQLite?

Just got back from holiday. iPlayer works in all respects. Doing
nothing seems to fix things eventually. I'll remember that next time
and leave it all well alone.

The problem is in the remote path you entered. You used an UNC
notation. You should use a physical path reference. If you press the

It hasn't been tested on Vista 64 yet (as I don't have this platform).
Earlier test from users revealed that it did not work due to the ODBC
driver.
As a workaround you could run a Windows 32bit Virtual Machine.

Would be nice to have a set of different birds and shuffle that.

Maybe not include crows ravens seagulls and bickering vultures :)

Sounds like you've already done much of the troubleshooting, so I'm not
left with many good suggestions.
Have you checked to see if the server clock has noticeable drift from
correct time? Have you noticed any difference in behavior on transcoded
vs non-transcoded tracks? If you set up a test
My SB3 was a dream until I updated to 7.3.2.
Before it ran like a swiss watch,after the update my rebufferring woes
