I've never been very good at this, so I'd be grateful for some help
here. I'd like to add a radio station to my Squeezebox that's not
currently listed in the Internet Radio menu.
The station is powered by ClearChannel's iheartradio service and can
be listened to via a flash player at the

Can't see Extension Downloader - isn't it meant to be in
Settings-Advanced?
But it sounds like I should try SqueezePlay, but again I can't see
where to download this. Any idea?

I'm not a fan of Audible, and listen to all my audiobooks in DRM free
MP3's.
I really think having the ability to listen to audiobooks would be a

I have about 6000 (and growing) .mp3 files that I normalize the volume
of using iVolume. I believe this works by altering/adding the ItunNorn
tag to the files which my ipod is able to read.
This seems to have no effect on the Squeezebox Boom or Radio that I
have.

I have the same problem like anguston with m3u playlists. Names of
internet radio streams are not displayed until you start one of them.

run your files through something that can add replaygain (album and
track). foobar2000 will do this and I'm told winamp may do this to. Easy
to do, doesn't alter audio (just writes tags) and doesn't interfere with
your ITUNORM values. If your tags are good (album and artist names,
etc.), you can

Got it running, and it works, but the previous post is correct in that
the softsqueeze sync isn't as good as the two SB3s. Not to

Historically I have always tagged albums which contain tracks by various
Artists so that each track has the Artist Name set to the Artists Name, the
Track Title set to the Title of the Track and the Album Title set to the

to the network via the eithernet connector. Can't figure out how to tell
the receiver to NOT use the wireless. Any ideas?
