Thanks a lot, it was a bit of a nightmare to make it work since the
change of my distrib to perl 5.16, so all much better. Also, I'm using
musicIp too with LMS, and that's very great, I wouldn't change for
anything in the world.

I recently set up a Pi with PiCoPlayer and a USB DAC. The sound quality
does not seem to compare to what I used to get out of my Squeezebox

I think that is the case. I use Orange Squeeze Preview on both my phone
(Galaxy Nexus) and my 7 tablet (Nexus 7). On the tablet I get a 3x3
grid of albums when I choose My Music/Albums. However on the phone it is
single column with thumbnails of albums on the left and the album title
