Extending the DHCP lease time from 24 hours to 3-4 days fixed the
issue. Static IP's would work as well I suspect.
Worked for me anyway...

used the Xbox via etherent cable for sometime without issue.
Have yet to try static IPs though.

As an extreme example I was recently involved in setting up a 5.1
system with three BW 802D at the front and Tannoy CMS12TDC's in a 13'
ceiling for the rears (http://www.tannoy.com/CMS12TDC) more than a
match for each other.
