it on that folder, but on the parent folders as well, starting with /home/username. Otherwise SlimServer can't even reach the folder it'd be allowed to acces. Michael So that means that I need to have the SlimServer user have access to the entire /home? Any best practice suggestions? -- jst1

[slim] iTunes on Windows SlimServer on Linux

of this file so that my slimserver on linux can read it? Can the xml file be located anywhere else? I rip CDs and organize tags with iTunes, and use SlimServer to stream to a SqueezeBox and remote players over an ssh tunnel. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. -- jst1
