I'm seeing similar behaviour on my Qnap TS 109II, SC 7.01, and a Windows
XP laptop. I wish I had more to add, but here's a nugget of information
from a full clear and rescan scanner logfile:

Well, I'm running SqueezeCenter Version: 7.2 - 2249 now, but still get a
lot of error lines in scanner log.
