The missing perl module errors were known/common. They got it all
figured out in later releases. I was getting the same thing in some
releases, and then that went away in later releases w/o me changing my
server.
I believe you do need 7.x for the controller.

The new syncronisation code might be a benefit to you too, this makes
things much more reliable especially with wirless and different product
generations working together.
Thanks and clearly I'll have to upgrade, although 6.3.1 has been a

If the garden design had similar type rocks then I'd have been tempted,
although I think that the rocks are directional and would give a more
focussed sound than the omni
