6.3.0 is *not* bugfix only - if it had been, it would have been
numbered 6.2.3 or 6.2.x
kdf says in that thread 6.3 is some major internet radio updates
with web interfaces

I know what KDF wrote.
And yet, here's what it says on the downloads page:
6.3.0 - This is the maintenance branch for the 6.2.2 release. Download
this version to get small, safe bug fixes added since the 6.2.2
release.
So someone's got some explaining to do.

Right, but should it be 6.3.0 or 6.2.3?

Sean - any comments???
I checked further by re-installing 6.2.2 and the above undocumented
code optimization? :-)
Actually, it sounds like the control files used to build the package
are missing some components.

Sooo, perhaps that is what I found, since I can now

maybe. 6.2.3 is possible if VERY minor changes are needed to 6.2.2.
The thought is that it won't be required, and 6.3.0 can add in a
reworked Shoutcast and RSSFeeds, etc.

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks

Installed last night and was very impressed. I had to force one SB3 to
update the firmware while the other updated automatically, but that's
been my only gripe. I'm now using WPA2 personal (AES) with my Linksys
WAP54G access point and am happy that I can use WPA2 now.
Since this is my first

In the player information I saw that automatic updates wasn't turned on

After installing the latest 6.3.0 build I discovered a new entry in my
Slimserver playlists Internet Radio which pointed to the URL of a
station I had added to my SqueezeNetwork's favorites.
I have no idea how this item migrated from SqueezeNetwork's favorites
to the Slimserver favorites, BUT,I
Since 6.3.0 is meant to be a bug fix only version of 6.2, there should
be no new features, undocumented or otherwise, in it.
Not to say it didn't happen by mistake, but it shouldn't.

I noticed that the download yesterday evening was 6.2.2, so I downloaded
it, assuming that it was the official (if as yet unannounced) 6.2.2.
True? Or should I redownload?
Thanks,
Mark :)
PS Thanks for all the good work!

Quick question: confirmed working with MySQL 5?
What would I need to do to get it working (Ie, any changes to the
schema)? Is there a current FAQ/Wiki for switching to MySQL this?
The last time I checked, the wiki was 3+ years old.
