Thanks a lot, from what I see the Dynamic Playlist plugin will fit most
of my need. I just need to figure out how to use it but it seems pretty
complete at first sight.

For static playlist creation based on various criteria, there is also
the Playlist Generator plugin.
The extGUI4LMS UI and the LMS Playlist Editor have some limited support
for this as well (using the "Custom Search" functionality)
