If the noise is eliminated when using faad rather than mov123 is used
then the problem is probably in Apple QuickTime libraries. Quicktime

Yes, it's the SBC firmware. SC will usually take care of downloading it -
no need to use an SD card unless you encounter problems updating through
SC.

regarding lemons unfortunately there seems to be a batch of faulty

I have a SqueezeBox with the A2s in my kitchen which is a similar size
(although slightly lower ceilings) and it fills that fine, in fact I've

After looking into what was causing this issue, I realised that the
code in question was unnecessary. Some remnants from a few years
back... So I removed it. Please update to the latest SC build (7.1 only
for now) and let me know whether you still see this error

section as no artist here were the stats i found 19 albums with 3489
songs by 2 artists,so they should play in random but with no artist has

OK I've checked the memory and it's 1GB and I have a 1GB swap file. But
it's still sticking at the same place. I have 1800 albums and it's
getting about 940 or there abouts. I deleted the log file before I
