I don't know if SC is compatible with SB 7.6.
In my case, I use SC 751 and port 9002. You can check it by trying
connecting your server with HTTP : http://yournasIP:9002/

I have strange problem, I have been trying to add Bach's Goldberg
Variations to the music library. I did so successfully 1st time, but
removed it to change the artist/title tags file names. Since then
I've been trying to re-add it - but, only the artist and album

And you are looking at the progess-bar of a Squeezebox that is not
playing anything (because it is turned off) but still synced.
So this explains
a) why the progress isn't running continously = because the playback
is stopped for this particular Squeezebox

As stated previously a single player is located at location 1, while the
other two players were 100 klm's away at location 2.

MOG has indicated several times in their community support forum
that they will beworking on Squeezebox support.
I'm pretty certain they have put a public API out there so maybe
someone with some tech skills with develop a MOG plugin.

casual forum browsing I have the impression that you should never edit
convert.conf. Instead, if you want to change the defaults you should
create a custom-convert.conf file with the appropriate entries, and put
that file in

However i've got no idea what a suitable custom-convert.conf should be.

remember to post when I get home from work. The result is all files

Moose is a UI. It does however support running squeezeslave or
Softsqueeze. What's nice is that you can have Moose run at startup in
Windows, with an icon in the task tray, and it can fire off
squeezeslave without any command window.

Yes this is still a 7.6 server problem. Update lying around on some far
away server, waiting for some Apple employee finding and 'testing' it.
In the meantime use the workaround described on my blog (i.e activate
debug logging on the 'network comet' channel).
