If you want unique design it's going to cost money, there is nothing
strange about that and BO has always been focused at producing devices
with unique design. With BO you primarily pay for the unique design and
probably the price makes it possible for them to base it on high quality
components.

Afaiu, you don't necessarily need the Sonos Bridge device to establish
their proprietary mesh network. Connecting _any_ of their devices to

Thanks for the feedback. Yea, my music server is in a completely
different area of the house than the SB3 that just died. Wireless to
that room is the only option unless I want to engage in major wall
de-construction to run cabling - which I do not. :) It's too bad

Does anyone have any idea if it is possible to ask logitech for the
technical details about de productline. It might be possible to produce
the hardware by another company. / Or let is be produced.

Everyone's been so much help, I can only blame it on the season.
The install of Squeezeplay on winders 8 enables firewall exceptions that
do not work.
Delete the exceptions for Jive and create manual rules for u/t 3483
and t 9000 for squeezeplayer.exe

Just to get back to the original question, I've been keeping an eye on
the various requests/reccommendations etc that are being sent to the
Olive One team regarding which features the Olive One should
incorporate, and whilst it may well be too soon for this ( at present )
