will iPeng app work on iOS 4.1? If so, it will also turn the iphone
iPeng Classic (the old iPeng version) will work under iOS 4.2.1 but you
need to download/purchase it directly on the device since you'd need not
the latest but the second latest version (2.0.16).
The App Store App on the device will allow you to download and purchase

People with Squeezebox 3 have reported broken output capacitors , with
this symptom .
Is this an original slimp3 or squeezebox 1 ?
The SB2 or SB3 have digital outputs , so conections to a DAC or a
Digitla in on a reciever would work fine .
