I recently upgraded LMS to the latest release, 8.1.1 from 7.7.6. I am getting that annoying 'scanner.exe error message about every 10 minutes when LMS is running. Is the only solution to this is downgrade to an earlier version?? Two questions arise: - why would the scanner run every 10

Around Chirstmas time, I bought 2 Jogglers. After initial learning curve, I got them both set up well and the family were enjoying them. Things have declined since then. :-( No one touchest them any more because they are both so unreliable. Sometimes the display is just very unresponsive.
