I guess you installed 6.1 over 6.0.x. In the latest 6.1 I added web interfaces to those three radio plugins. Re: [slim] Opinion: which is the best OS to run SlimServer?
I've been running MIP for well over a year now on a headless Linux system. I guess the GUI part is the major problem on Linux. Buf if it's for a server install only, it's running stable for me (no crash yet). Re: [slim] Android Controller App
All - we've identified an issue in the Controller App 1.0 which can cause the NP screen to get stuck. This should only happen with SBS 7.5.3 or older, or with a not quite up to date copy of 7.6. 7.5.4 nightlies should work fine, as well as mysb.com. Could anybody seeing the Now Playing screen issue tell me what exact server they're using? -- mherger Michael - http://www.herger.net/slim-plugins - AlbumReview, Biography, MusicInfoSCR mherger's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=50 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=86487 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

Re: [slim] Android Logitech Squeezebox Controller broken!!!
I've created a new 1.1.2 build of the SB Controller App for Android. It should fix the issue HTC users have been seeing recently. Before we release it I'd like as many users as possible to test it, as the underlying library has changed considerably. You'll find the apk file together with some installation information attached to this bug report: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=17528 Please give it a try and report back in the bug report. Re: [slim] Whats the point in high price HiFi amps and speakers ?
However the records that deviate from this practice makes it worthwhile to have a good hifi/ht and movies , this practice has not permeated the movie bussines (yet) sadly it is comming there too . Yeah, the bottom line is: don't waste money in high end equipment if you're going to listen to crappy recordings only anyway :-). Just checked some of my recent downloads form BW's Society of Sound, and they still honour the dynamics of a good recording. IMHO the reply in above case is absolutely valid: the user is running 7.5.x, while scanning and artwork handling have changed a lot since.
