I were looking for the forum (long time, no visit) @ slimdeices.com,
which turns into logitech pages.
And then...ended up at some kind of forum pages which were not
these...
Anyone know why it's not these forum pages that Logitech uses?

seems to be that mixing is very slow (albeit, no load for MusicIP on the
server while mixing !?). But it works if you have a bit of patience. And
that is nice :-)
I'll btw. give 7.4.1 a shot...

Is the browsing slower if you play something? AAC is being transcoded
on your server so THAT will consume quite a bit of CPU.

. I do only have 7.000 tracks (all in AAC
format) so it is not a huge collection - hence, it should be possible to
cache everything. The music server itself is a bit old though (G4 Mac
Mini running 10.5), so it could be a server performance issue, I
guess...

below All Albums is the correct list. But if I
choose all, then it lists...tadaa...All Albums. This seems to be a
bug that is not always present?
Anyone else experinecing this? Any workarounds? I'm running 7.2.1.

But in general - happy happy happy. My iPod is now a beautiful and very
capable remote for my pretty SqueezeBox. Instead of the ugly thing from
Slim/Logitech.
Overall - definately worth the price so far :-)

Will now start checking up that everything works..AND add my
SqueezeCenter folder to my backup list :-)

SC7 settings pages?
I guess this is doesn't really matter, but I'm curious if I'm the only

iTunes when it is launched on it's own, and
provides a floating window which integrates nicely with iTunes.

Your script worked for me w/o any problems. I only played directly, I
didn't append. One thing, however. If my Mac connect the SC 7 server,
then iTunes hangs. For how long, I have yet to find out. Not a big
issue - force-quit still works :-)

You shoul add this to the 3rd party apps immediately as this is where
newcomers they will look for stuff.

Yeah, an AppleScript can probably also do the job. All that is done is
an automised copy-paste.
Anyone who has a tip for a good artwork locator that is freeware and

Finally managed to track down the Mac OS 9 equivalent - Okey Dokey Pro
(freeware). The nearest Mac OS X equivalent seems to be Lazy Mouse.
Alas...it doesn't click the button...and it's not free either :-(

Mini...which does not have an eject button.
Essentially what is need is a way to make an AppleScript reachable from
my Squeezebox Remote, and preferrably also from the iPeng skin.
