I just upgraded my Pandora account to a paid account and selected the
higher audio quality of 192KB however Squeezebox Server is showing the
stream is playing still at 128KB.

I just downloaded and installed SlimServer on a new machine. I selected
Fishbone for the Interface. However, it is all whacked. Instead of
being black it is all white with lettering and formatting all out of
alignment. How do I get this to display Fishbone correct?

yeah... just tried that. It worked fine on FF. So, I emptied the cache
and refreshed again in IE and all is well now there as well.

Alright, got it to work! However, only on 6.3.1. Worked immediatly! I
only told Windows Vista Firewall to allow Slim.exe. It appears to be an
issue on 6.5.1 and also the nightly builds 6.5.2

That sure would fix some things. However, it also then requires to
resetup your network etc which is pain to have to do everytime an
update happens to SlimServer.

I just created a Playlist of all my Christmas music. I can see it in
the Playlist folder which is a different folder than my Music folder.
However, when I view by Playlist it does not show up.

Good choice. I have attempted 6.5.1 5 different times now and each time
it completely chokes the machine. I finally after using a big hammer
got back to 6.3.1 and all is working perfectly.

current way of working. Firefox for blocking ad's
and other bandwidth wasting crap like flash.
I.E for viewing any intresting Flash.
Plus the BugMeNot extension in Firefox is a gem.

I just ripped a live concert album, single file output / with cue sheet.
SlimServer plays the complete album just fine however, the display
never moves through each track. It just stays on track 1.

Well, not so good news after all. After a few days, my Squeezeboxes
cannot find the network again. Does anyone one have any other
suggestions as to why all of a sudden none of my wireless Squeezeboxes
can find the wireless network when all my other wirless devices can?

neither of the Squeezeboxes which were already configured for them
would access the wireless network. I then reset both Squeezeboxes back
to factury settings and set each one up again... presto! Finally have
my music back.

Yes you can! I run 2 off my server at one time. I have them synced so
that they both play the same thing at the same time. I have one
downstairs connected to my office steroe and the other upstairs in the
living room stereo.

Yes, I am able to fix the issue if I convert the .wma files as well. I
have converted a number the albums that were .wma to .mp3 and the issue
goes away.
