Wired or wireless?
If you've got the same problem with the devices on static IP addresses,
then it's not DHCP - unless you've assigned static addresses within the
DHCP pool and something's connecting at 9:01.
What sort of server are you running? I'd have a look at the logs to see
if something's

If it's not the router, Any chance there is an SBS alarm set? Or a
scheduled job such as an AV scan?

You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it
ain't what you'd call minimal...
Touch(wired/XP) - TACT 2.2X (Linear PSU) + Good
Or a scheduled full clear and rescan of the Library using the Automatic
Rescan Library function? That would wipe out the now playing playlist.
