Interim solution:
I resurrected an old Shuttle xs35 and after many hours reinstalling Win
10 finally got it working again - it's an Atom D525 so it's rather
slow.
I can use this until there's a decent offer on Amazon - I like the sound
of the Mele Quieter2D Mini PC Celeron N4020.

These Gigabyte Barebones look nice. Shooting a 4TB SDD on Black Friday

Depending on the size of your library, I'd recommend at least an i3
otherwise library rebuilds will take forever. Note that Win 10 Home
does not have remote desktop server so you'd need to use a third-party
solution like VNC. Win 10 Pro is good to go out of

I bought a Beelink and it is surprisingly good. They do a range of
versions depending on how high a spec you want e.g.

Why Windows 10? Why not a Linux based machine - generally far more
reliable for LMS only - it could be a Pi with pCP
