Just a heads up, as I am sure most of you are likely aware - but Archive.org will provide hosting so long as the licence is permissive copyleft. LCA (Linux Conf Australasia) uses archive.org along with popular platforms (i.e Youtube) to provide archival of slides and videos. -Joel On Tue, 30

Yes - it's only really possible with Vendor offload tricks i.e ASAP2 on the Mellanox X5 works well for 100G on commodity silicon. You will need an OVS and Kernel stack that support said offload tricks. Currently - doing slow-path through commodity x86 silicon you are pretty much capped at

IIRC there are several out of head changes to the dpdk tree, including out of kernel changes. Work has been on-going to get all the bits included in HEAD for ovs and Kernel but it's not yet complete. Hence the existence of the separate tree. On 3 November 2016 at 13:14, Shivaram Mysore

advertised media rate does not equal actual link rate. UCS vnic's advertise as 40gbit's they are barely able to push 7Gbit. For example. On 9 May 2016 at 16:50, Edward Bond wrote: > The one you are referencing is to the loopback device on the VM, not VM to > VM. > >

What can you get over loopback in the VM?. It's likely your hitting a CPU/bus bound limit. On 7/05/2016 06:47, "ed bond" wrote: > Hello all, > > I was hoping someone might be able to help me diagnose what might be going > on. > > Right now I have a bond0 interface setup
