I'm also thinking of abandoning my aging SB3 (late Logitech era, all
black). While the SB3 itself works fine (though the reported WIFI
strength is very low), the IR emitter seems to be fried - no output
generated by IR blaster (checked with a phone that reliably can see the
IR diodes firing). Of
I've got an SB3 that seems to be in good working order, except that IR
blaster is not able light up IR diodes plugged into the headphone jack.
I'm assuming it's probably the capacitors, but replacing those is beyond
my soldering skills.
Anyone knows how to get Erlands "CustomClock" to work with Jivelite for

Hi
I have several Squeezebox units, mostly SB3. I've always used analogue
connection.
I am buying a new amp - Denon PMA-30 - and I see that it has digital
input. I have no experience of digital at all so I am not sure if the
two units will talk via digital cable, nor what cable I need to buy.
Thank you both, much appreciated.

I've connected an SB2 to a denon avr-x2500h with an optical link cable.
No digital coax in available on the denon.
