That is not right. The RPi 2 has 1 gb of ram. The more powerfull
alternative would be a odroid u3 or the odroid xu4. Both got 2gb ram,
the first one with a quadcore up to 1,7 GHz, the second one with a
ropagating that it would sound
so much better the non MQA audio...

I use Squeezelite on a win8.1 and a Win10 Tablet.
I know it is headless, but for Win 8.1 and Win 10 there is a great
ControllerApp for a few Bucks named Soundicity.

which NAS you use.
So if you use a Synology NAS it may be able to host a WLAN-AP by adding
a USB-Wifi-dongle.
