from the router. Could this be the issue? Once it's connected it's
generally good for at least a few days, up to a week.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,

That's how I'm leaning. The only thing that worries me is that it won't
fire up unless I remove and re-insert the power cord. Is that normal?
Thanks

Looks like it was the weak wireless. We switched to powerline network
devices and it's flawless now.
Thanks very much for the assistance,

Hi there,
Is this system still limited to a 2TB drive? Can it mount larger drives
from a network share?
Thanks,
Jason

Yes, I've mounted a 4 TB drive from my NAS via Samba.
I read it earlier in the thread. Good to hear it's not an issue.

It seems to me that only the Logitech has artist and album artist split
out. The other versions I've tried includes all various artists listed
separately in artists.
That renders my library unnavigable with 7.9
If your library is 100k tracks, I suggest 2+gb of ram.

I'd imagine the maker of mice and small computer speakers (who else
could it be?) has deep pockets and razor-sharp rat-like lawyers. If they
were swarming up my trouser leg, I'd likely say whatever they told me to
say in order to stop them suing me into oblivion.
Give these guys a break.

Besides Squeezelite, the BDP2 supports other player protocols too.
Obviously it's not a Logitech product. But the BDP2 is

It comes with squeezelite preinstalled.

Hi there,
I've recently started using this app, and it looks great. The only
issue is that it seems to be re-downloading the art cache each time I go

Done. Thanks for the heads-up, Michael.
Interestingly, over the past few months LMS has randomly stopped, with
no info in the logs and only "possible software conflict" in the
diagnostics tray.
Been running and playing on DSTM for three days now without a stoppage.
Could this be related?
Thank you Michael, and thank you Logitech for not turning it off.

I keep finding new things to amaze me with LMS.

song. I didn't expect that to integrate.

Hey all,
It's been a smooth year for me and my Squeezeboxen, but I'm experiencing
a problem now that I can't debug - thought I'd ask the community for
assistance.
Like it says in the title, Tidal, using the Tidal v1.2 plugin buffers.
Not all the time, but more often than not. Once it starts,
Linux via ubuntu works great on a lenovo laptop - a nice, trim, lean
machine that has open office built in and is essentially virus proof.
For surfing the web and editing office docs it's fantastic. But I
wouldn't try to run lms on it.
Get a Pi. All the hard work has been done for you.

Hey there,
Wondering if Michael might have some way of counting how many devices
are currently being used?
Perhaps an estimate of how many devices currently connect to
mysqueezebox.com?
Just curious.
