May be on to something here. I think this is the issue based on some quick
tests after configuring SeeFusion to exclude rules for the file that runs
the cfcontent.
I also learned that there was a rule in SeeFusion that causes a forced 50
second timeout and then noticed that before the change, down
HMS does in fact use SeeFusion and it is on the server that the site is on.
They are in the process of configuring SeeFusion to exclude the script from
SeeFusion Rules so we will see what happens. I'll let everyone know either
way ...
