[docbook-apps] Missing elements in Chunked output

Hi I tried upgrading from Docbook 1.69.1 to 1.74. When I create HTML using the chunk.xsl stylesheet I have lots of missing elements: Title, subtitle, legal, chapter heading. Using the docbook.xsl the output is fine and all of these elements are in present. Anyone have any ideas?
