jade or xsltproc. Is there a way with perl too?
I installed the Meta-0.03 module which comes with
a module Meta::Tool::Docbook2 but the documentation
is not so overwhelming.

I wrote a xml-document according to the XML-version of
the docbook-DTD (docbook41/docbookx.dtd).
I want translate it with xsltproc and I get:
No localization exists for en or . Using default en.
No en localization exists.
No context named title exists in the en localization.
No
