I also have no problem with markup in entities using Saxon.
Somewhat related to the thread, but would perhaps be better separate.
Indexing a finished text is a pain and involves a lot of repetitive
typing of stuff like: indextermprimary etc.
I find it a great help to think about index items

I can't seem to find a way to justify the lines of text in an abstract
in an article.
I tried via root.properties:
xsl:attribute-set name=root.properties
xsl:attribute name=text-alignjustify/xsl:attribute
/xsl:attribute-set
which Bob's book says applies to the entire document, but it did not
