Hello, I downloaded DocBook 1.56.1 and 1.57.0 and I'm trying to use the htmlhelp.xsl with the RELEASE-NOTES.xml file from the DocBook distibution. I tried about 5 XSLT processors (XMLSpy, Unicorn, MSXML4.0, Saxon, Sablotron through php_xslt module) and none of them worked. Each of them fell down
