I think the pictures can be copy&pasted from the odt to the zip file any-time
before the picture you want to copy vanishes from the odt. Hopefully the
zip-files will contain a version of each screen-shot even if it's not the most

Ouch. I hadn't thought about the translators teams! Is anyone able to warn
the global translators list? Keeping a copy of the images in a zip file
alongside the translated document seems to be a good way of keeping it under
control.

To import MS Visio VSD files into Writer, open the file with Draw,
select the graphic, and then copy-and-paste it into Writer.

Downloaded the file OK and all the graphics are in place. Now to create a
working copy and continue updating the chapter.
This missing graphics problem has got me puzzled and not knowing how the
Alfresco system works does not help in thinking of solution.
