My recommended change is:
Image(screenshot) anchored AS CHARACTER on a paragraph with style "Figure".
Caption added with style "Caption"
Wrapping frame anchored "AS_CHARACTER" on a paragraph with style "Figure".
I have a Basic script that changes the current settings
