Your first three points have been taken care of. An updated chapter is
in the GS 4.0 Feedback folder.
Your final point is somewhat debatable. There are a number of instances

There was some idea of the marketing team doing interviews with people from
each of the different teams. The thought was that each week they would have a
chat with a different member of the team to get different perspectives and
maybe cover different issues that people have found
We (Marc, I, the marketing team) are happy to interview volunteers from across
the project including doc volunteers. We don't do that every week though.
