That's what I feared. I checked again following the link above and I was not able to reach the document; in fact I was prohibited from accessing it. Hello Getting Started Guide Chapter 4 Getting Started with Writer Page 10 "If a drawing object is selected, then the following panels are available: • Area: Modify fill and transparency. • Wrap: Modify wrap and spacing. • Position and Size: Edit width, height, rotation, and flip attributes." There is no Wrap panel, there is a Line panel. I believe those images could be a really cool eye catcher and helpful to get the point of the tip. That's a task for our great designers. Just send me the images or store it somewhere.
