Hi Felipe, Olivier has done a lot of work with the extended tips through Bug 118148. You can now view some extended tips if you enable the configuration option and know where to hover your mouse pointer. (There are clues in the Bug about where to hover!) As for the "What's This" facility, I'm not sure of its status; I have not witnessed it doing anything useful. Maybe Olivier can comment?
