Unfortunately you broke all build systems (rpm, deb, ...) with that release
name.
.11 should have neve been included in the name. As you can see from previous
releases the dovecot patch number was never in the pigeonhole tarball release
name.

e premise that linking against a static openssl is safer. dovecot is

1) Stop dovecot
2) Replace /usr/lib/systemd/system/dovecot.service with the attached file
3) systemctl daemon-reload
4) systemctl start dovecot
