is there a way to somehow log the size of an IMAP session with Dovecot?
With POP3 there is this pop3 format string I can set in dovecot.conf,
but I don't see an equivalent for IMAP.
If so, are there any plans to add this functionality?

back end to Active Directory. PAM authentication itself works fine. We
can log in to the machine using AD credentials without any problems.
Each user is automatically mapped to uid's in the 1+ range.

Dovecot 1.0.0 has been compiled vor Mandriva 2008.0 in the contrib/release
tree. Hopefully a backport to the current mdv releases (2007.1 and 2007.0)

You should tell your client that continuously switching between accunts to
perform some operation and thus compare it will slow down Dovecot a lot,
as it needs to update its indexes which are osboleted by Courier all the
time.
