You have set in the main.cf: virtual_mailbox_maps = hash:/etc/mail/postfix/vmailboxes but dovecot deliver is using userdb for this purpose, which you have set to passwd. Have you equivalent data in both places? Similary nearly all configuration parameters in the main.cf of the postfix starting
