I recieved this error initially and it cleared up as soon as I made sure my firewall was allowing Explorer to access the web services. The IPs I opened were--GoogleSpell: 216.239.51.82 or api.google.com and DictionaryPop: 66.70.91.180 or www.mybubble.com Keep in mind if you use IP addresses as
