I have the latest 2.5.8 b8. Tried your
suggestions, still no button, still no calendar. Makes me think it is something
going on with Microsoft jscript on my computer. I don’t know enough about

which beta 2.5.8?... the latest is beta 8.

includes undo, cut, copy , paste, delete, select all, etc. I can paste with
this menu, but I can’t get the calendar to appear. I have tried modifying

Which version of DQSD are you using? If it is
one of the 2.5.8 betas, then you should have a localprefs.js. The settings
here will override the settings in preferences.js. So if you have a
localprefs.js check what showbutton= is set to there.

regardless of what I set the “showbutton=” setting to in the preferences.js
file. It was working before I had to repair my win2000 installation. I had some
trouble with my computer – I have win2000 SP2, got an error (couldn’t

Testing reply from my work server. This didn't work the few times I tried
it in the past.

I just wanted to say that I think the deskbar is
awesome, a useful tool for a change.
I've made up a few searches that I use for the

both locations, but my home ISP doesnt allow for email relaying.
When replying to a home email from my office, I have to use the
"send" pulldown to send out through the work email server. By
default, Outlook will default to sen
Hi Dan,
FWIW: I'm in the same case, but I just use the "from..." field in Outlook
with the registered address (just like I'm doing right now)... it works !
Cheers,
